I’ve spent over 10 years working in business - building strategies, leading teams, and managing change. I’ve worked with big companies, startups, and venture capital. The more I worked, the more I realized: behind every smart project, there’s a real human. Often, that human feels stuck or full of self-doubt - even when everything “looks good” on paper.
I grew up in a small village in Ukraine, moved to the city, then the capital, and eventually built a life in Germany. Along the way, I faced uncertainty, imposter syndrome, and the challenge of navigating new cultures and languages. I spent years pushing hard, trying to do everything “right,” while quietly doubting myself and overthinking the next step. Discovering coaching for myself showed me opportunities I had been overlooking and how much more fulfilling life could be.
That’s why I became a professional ICF coach. I support women who’ve outgrown their current role or are ready to take the next step - whether it’s a new career, self-employment, or building something of their own. Together, we turn ideas into clear plans and real progress.

    It helps you gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness, and build the confidence to make decisions and take action.

    Through deep listening and powerful questions, coaching reveals new perspectives, uncovers hidden opportunities, and helps you break free from limiting patterns.

    It’s fully confidential and focused entirely on your growth and goals.

  • Coaching focuses on helping you achieve your personal and professional goals, enhance performance, and unlock your potential. It emphasizes the present and future, guiding you to develop strategies and take actions that lead to desired outcomes.
    In contrast, psychotherapy addresses mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional disorders. It often involves exploring past experiences to understand and heal underlying issues, aiming to improve emotional well-being and mental health.
    It’s completely normal to combine coaching with psychotherapy. For many people, working with both at the same time can be even more effective than doing either alone. Many of my clients use coaching alongside therapy to gain clarity, take action, and apply insights in real life while addressing deeper emotional challenges with their therapist.

  • Coaching sessions are structured conversations focused on exploring and achieving your goals. Here's what typically happens:

    1) Setting the Stage: We begin by clarifying your objectives and establishing a coaching agreement, ensuring mutual understanding and commitment.
    2) Exploration and Insight: Through powerful questions and deep listening, we uncover your beliefs, values, and potential obstacles, fostering self-awareness and new perspectives.
    3) Action Planning: Together, we develop actionable steps aligned with your goals, creating a clear path forward.
    4) Accountability and Reflection: In subsequent sessions, we review progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as needed to maintain momentum.

    Each session is tailored to your unique needs, providing a supportive environment for growth and transformation.

  • Coaching doesn’t tell you what to do — it helps you discover the solutions that truly fit your life. Working with a coach gives you:

  • I completed the Professional Coach program, corresponding to ICF (International Coaching Federation) Level 2 (150 hours), which gave me a strong foundation in coaching skills and methodology. I am also a Certified AgileBrain Practitioner and continuously expand my expertise through mentoring, supervision, and professional development courses — for example, I’m currently taking “Playing Big” by Tara Mohr.
